glass Introductory Course from 8-10pm one evening per week for 4 weeks. Each session covers a tutored tasting of 6 wines.
  Learn a systematic approach to wine tasting. WSET method (Wines and Spirits Education Trust). It's logical, easy and memorable.
  Covers classic grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc; Chardonnay; Riesling; Chenin Blanc; Cabernet Sauvignon; Merlot; Pinot Noir and Syrah. Key factors determining styles.
 

Where to source wines both locally and elsewhere.

Continuation Course similar 4 week format from 8-10pm, covering 6 wines per week.

  Explores different major grape varieties e.g. Sémillon, Viognier, Gewurtztraminer, Muscat, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and Zinfandel.
 
Covers some regions in more depth and introduces up and coming regions.

Master Classes for one evening from 8-10pm covering a particular style of wine such as Sparkling, or a specific country like Spain or region e.g. South America. Tailored to suit your requirements.
