Use a Master Class to extend your knowledge after a course or as a taster before the 4 week course.

South America - Vines have been grown here since 1493, it's only recently we've had the chance to sample some of the great wines from Chile and Argentina.
Spain - Joven, Crianza, Reserva? Find out how to distinguish the best Spanish wines and taste some delicious examples as well.
Italy - Italians have been producing fabulous wines for centuries. Come to taste a wide variety of styles from various regions.
Sparkling - Champagne or Cava? Vintage or non-vintage? find out the similarities and differences whilst tasting some sensational sparkling wines.
Rosé - we've come along way since Mateus, rosé's popularity is growing, find out why.

Where?

Courses are held at The Brunswick, a newly renovated Art Deco music and arts venue in Holland Road, Hove. We use one of their private function rooms and there's time for further discussion in the bar later. Click here for a map.
