pouring

...............assisted by Paula Gregory

Enjoying wine has been an excuse to visit vineyards as far afield as Chile and New Zealand and it has always intrigued me that two wines made from the same grape variety can be so different. I decided to add a little theory to the practice by studying for the WSET Advanced Certificate. Sampling 6 wines from around the world in one lecture is a delight!

Whilst Lisa tells tales of terroir and tannins I'll be there to ease the flow... at least by pouring the next bottle!

Lisa McNulty - Wine Tutor AIWS*

My love of wine led me to study with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) at Plumpton College where I gained the Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits in 2001. My interest grew and I undertook more detailed study in London gaining the WSET Diploma.

As a WSET Recommended Tutor and Approved Internal Assessor my aim is to demystify the world of wine and increase your understanding and enjoyment of it.
